Red bumps under my arms (arm pit area)

During the summer months I have noticed that I get red bumps that seem to take a very long time to go away. They tend to leave small scars when they do. I'm assuming it has something to do with sweating. A clear white-ish puss comes out of them when you try to squeeze them. It's very embarrasing b/c people have noticed them when I'm not thinking and raise my arms or something. Please help me!!

I have those bumps. I've never been concerned with them, but they're probably razor burn. I've been thinking that since I got them... 2 years ago.
