Red bumps with white center?

by wh612, Jul 11, 2009 09:50PM
Hello, I noticed 2 days ago that I had a zit like bump on my labia. My boyfriend and I are sexually active and had intercourse more than usual this past wknd causing friction in that area. I tried to pop the zit like bump and it had a white center and it was released. I noticed a cluster of 5 of these bumps on one side and 1 on the other side. We've both been tested and it's not a blister like herpes. It's red, raised with a white center and they are somewhat tender. They do not itch. Is this possibly a rash from shaving, folliculitis, or possibly moscullom contangiosum? I would love your expertise!
Thanks for your time!
