Red dots

I have been having a recurring rash on my penis head that comes everytime I have sexual activity either sex or masturbation. There are little red pointy spots all over the head and the edge of the penis head near the glands are a little redder than usual with a little purple. It hurts when I retract the skin during an erection, and doesn't seem to go off even after days of running warm water over it. There is also what seems to be a certain unusual odor coming from it.

Hope you can help, as every time it cures it comes back after some sexual activity.

From the symptoms the possibility of balanoposthitis needs to be ruled out. It is inflammation of the foreskin and glans (glands) in uncircumcised males. Since an odor is coming, so a fungal infection needs to be ruled out. Use some topical antimicrobials Lotrimin.Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin and pat it dry. In case the symptoms persist then please consult a urologist/dermatologist for evaluation and antimicrobials and steroids prescription.
