nevermind about the itch it wasn't to do with the rash, I feel it may be dry skin or an allergic reaction

Will this go away on it's own?

it's a week on and it hasn't gone away.

The symptoms have changed though. Now it's bright red blotches (rash?) that aren't sore or itchy at all. I think it's starting to spread.

I really don't know what to do, I'm really stressing out.

Anyone have any ideas or treatments?

P.S the blotches go shiny on top after being washed and dried.

Hello,
As you are a virgin,so pls don’t worry about herpes or other STD’s.It can be any of the conditions which I have mentioned earlier.Tingling in penis can be just due to anxiety. There does not seem to be any medical problem associated with it.Also pls don’t try antiviral creams without consulting a doctor.

I hope that helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries. Kind regards.

I can't thank you enough kindd youv really calmed me down

It's kind gone red at one side so I think it's a rash, Im going to keep it clean and try E45 on it for bit and if symptoms persist I'll try anti viral tablets or antifingal cream

Plz tell me what u think of this

Iv been getting this tingaling feeling in my penis but I think it's because if stopped masterbating, what do u think?

Hello,
From the symptoms that you have mentioned, it does not sound like herpes. Herpes presents as itchy painful blisters which scab over. The blisters break, leaving tender ulcers (sores) that may take two to four weeks to heal the first time they occur.

The bumps that you are having sound like folliculitis or rash due to friction rub which can also occur due to overmasturbation. It can also be due to contact dermatitis with the clothes(undergarments) and sweat dermatitis in that area.

Pls try the above stated treatment and if the symptoms persist then pls get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
I hope that helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.

Thank you for ur post kinnd.

The spots are still there but haven't blistered so I don't think it's herpes. They aren't getting any bigger and I'm not sure if there spreading. The skin around it seems unaffected. Again no unusual smells, pains, itching or pus. I'm starting to get stressed I keep thinking iv given myself herpes :S. I don't want to get my doctor or parents involved.

Could it be due to me hardley washing or masterbating everyday? Iv stopped masterbating for good now as iv freaked myself out.

Plz write back I'm not sleeping much.

Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be rash due to contact dermatitis, friction rub, folliculitis, cysts, molluscum or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

I hope that helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries. Kind regards.
