Red dots on the head of my penis

This morning I noticed many red dots on the penis head, I am not circumcised, so when I pulled down the skin, that's over the penis head, and I also saw couple of red dots on the skin there as well, a little below penis head.
I did had an unprotected sex two day ago. Is this a STD?

yes, i had that too after 3-4 days  then these red turned to white if that happen to you then you got infection of a germ. what kind it could be i have not discovered but it is a real harmful germs than these doctor gladly would tell you - it is nothing, you are worrying too much. That is a real blindness and introduction to a tragedy so they can make a lot of money and enjoy our castration. we are weaken the immune system by antibibotics and we are getting strong germs which were harmless before. they don't even want to let a specialty in herbalogy to treat these diseases to save their nice jobs and easy money. they are the kings no on the throne to pass judgement on the poor

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi.

If these red dots are observed immediately in just 2 to 3 days after sexual activity, I do not think this is something infectious. This may be superficial skin irritation which may have caused this.  I suggest that you wash the area with a mild and bland cleanser and refrain from manipulating the area. This does not sound like this should be worrying you immensely. Observe for any redness, any swelling or discharge which require immediate evaluation.
