I first noticed a small red patch appearing over my right eye about 3 week ago. Since then it has grown in size and now other similar patches are appearing on my face and on my arms. For the largest patch above my red eye, the center of the patch is getting dry and slightly darker/discolored. The patch that I have marked that is under my right eye is starting to show the same signs.
These are pictures of the rash on my face. I have had skin rashes appear on my body before, but about 6 years ago. I had an autoimmune reaction when I was about 16, I had a fever for over a month and large red rashes started to appear all over my body. The rashes that appeared then were much larger than these though, so they don't feel exactly familiar. I was seen by 12+ doctors and they couldn't give me an exact diagnosis because I showed many signs of various autoimmune disorders(lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and a few others) but didn't have enough indicators of a single 1 to be diagnosed that. There is a lot of autoimmune disorder history in my family, but not a specific case of lupus.
Something to mention as well, I just recently started a job that requires me to go door to door (lots of sun exposure) where I'm normally not used to it. I started this job 3 weeks ago. Also, for the spots that are spreading around my arms, I went to the beach about a month ago, I was wearing an under-shirt, yet forgot to apply sun-screen near my arm-pits. They got pretty sun-burned, after wards now I have a slight tan on the area that was burned, and these small patches have started to appear on the same area.
I've scheduled a doctors appointment but I won't been seen til the end of November, if you have any suggestions for how I might treat this, please let me know.
