Red dry/wrinky rash and bumps on penis

I am a 29 year old male, who about 6 months ago had unprotected sexual contact with a girl, with minimal penetration. I had no sexual contact thereafter.
About 2 months afterwards i got a red rash on the head of my penis around towards the rim under where the foreskin normally covers, about 1.5cm x .5cm.
I tried to leave it exposed and dry and within a week it reduced, but didn't ever quite go away. Ever since then (several months) it is still slightly red in the area, and a bit dry or wrinkly looking when flaccid. When erect the head of the penis has these red bumps like pin heads over the area. It has never been itchy or painful. Ever since the first rash appeared and then settled, it hasn't gotten any worse or better, just hangs around and I am too nervous to have any sexual interaction. It has been like this for months now.

I tried some thrush cream and saw no change. I am very worried it is herpes.

It's not herpes.  Not thrush either.  Just some irritation.  Try some over-the-counter 1% hydrocortisone twice a day, and see a doctor if it doesn't go away in a week.

i kinda have the same problem except mines is itchy and its burns when i go to wash it and gets really inflamed and red. it has happened 2 times. . .one about a year ago and once now. . both after unprotected sex. i dont think its herpes becuase it never happens when i use protection only when i dont. . im thinkin its just irritation from frictions or something but im really not sure i can post picz if neccesary. . .please help

I am also having a problem like this except my penis is dry and the skin has turned wrinkly. Its happened ever since i went to the beach and i tried to leave it alone but it has just gotten worse and worse. Please advise.

I am 13 my penis is 7 inches long an I have the same problems  so there's nonthing to worry about cuz I haven't had sex yet ... I knw the feeling ..... Peeling testicles an after it turns shiney.. An after that shrivles up an dry. An then your penis has dry spots wit little bumps an it gets really wrinkled because of the dryness..... It's not a STD
