Red "flaky" skin on penis

hello,

maybe someone can help me with with my inquiry. I have a red pencil eraser sized scab on the shaft of my penis.  Its really more like the skin is shedding more than a scab.

I wear briefs and work like 10-12 hours a day sitting down.

WTF is this, Ringworm, herpes (but its not elevated), ball rash?

i got a second date coming up so i guess i play the slow route LOL

It is very difficult confirming a diagnosis without examination but ti can be contact dermatitis, sweat dermatitis, heat rash or eczema or fungal infection if it is itchy. If it has been present for a long time without much change then psoriasis needs to be ruled out.
