Red itchy bumps with whiteheads

Ok I posted a question yesterday about having itchy red bumps with whiteheads on them on my thighs butt and vaginal area. The answer I got was that it was possibly eczema, but I know its not eczema because I have eczema and I know what it looks like. These bumps look like mesquito bites with whiteheads on them and if you pop them puss comes out. This has been going on for about 2 weeks.I will get a few they will be really itchy for a few days then they'll start to go away and a few more will pop up somewhere esle. I am in a committed relationship so I really dont think its an STD. There are no other symptoms. Please help.
