Red itchy raised rash

I have had a rash inbetween my breasts at the bottom for the past year, its inflammed, extremely itchy and sore. I have been to the doctors and spoken to a pharmacist about it and both said it looked like a sweat rash. But my breasts are big enough to cause a sweat rash here. I have not worn a bra for the past 2 days and its starting to dry out. Could i be allergic to the underwire of my bra? and if you think so, is it possible for allergies to just start? I'm 26 now and have worn underwire bra's since my teens.
