so might not be ringworm??? I am pregnant so maybe that made my body react differently??? I would believe it was ringworm however i have had ringworm before and yes it itched..but it looked nothing like this. it is patchy, red inflamed sore itchy as all ya....ugh... it itches so bad i make it bleed..but no puss no blisters nothing like that i just scratch at it so much it brings blood vessels up...

I am also pregnant having the EXACT SAME issues with rash on armpit that looked like ringworm. I started getting more rashes on my eyes and face and scalp and chest, and eventually after doing research believe my prenatals were making me react to products I had used for years. (Never had rashes with my first pregnancy but also did not take prenatals). Stopped prenatal and all rashes have gone completely except the original in my right armpit. I scratch it and shave occasionally which is my guess why it is still around. Anyways hope this info helps other pregnant mamas avoid the madness and expense of crazy unexplained rashes while pregnant.

That happened to me when I started using a gentler deodorant product.  Apparently I'm allergic to Jason's products.

It might be heat rash I suppose.
