Red itchy scrotum - is it yeast infection?

For the past week now I have had itching on scrotum it seems to have gotten worse and my whole scrotum from  base of Penis down is now really red and itchy.
I have tried hydrocortizone and also miconzole creams but it is not clearing it up again I have only been using creams for 2 days.
I have tried to research it but there seems to be so many things that could be ?
Also, recently I started using Imaquiod cream that was prescribe for genital warts that I have according to my dermatologist.

any help would be appreciated.

Since you have started using Imaquioid cream, it can be due to contact dermatitis, eczema or fungal infection. Treatment is different for all. While it is topical steroids and antihistaminics like Benadryl for eczema and contact dermatitis, it is topical and oral antifungals for fungal infection. I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.
