Red marks on bottom of feet and sometimes swollen toes

So for the last two weeks, I've had reoccurring red marks on the bottom of my feet. They're warm to the touch, they're uncomfortable to walk on, but they're not painful. They disappear in about a day but then more come back. In addition, every once in awhile, one of my toes will get red, a little bit swollen, warm to the touch, and kinda painful (dull ache-y pain [twice it got just painful enough to where it kept me up almost all night]). This has been going on for about 2-3 weeks, and I haven't been able to figure out what it is! I'm not physically active - as it's summer - so it shouldn't be anything related to that. I tried my hand at google, and I just got results for athlete's foot but I don't think I have that, as it's just warm marks and not anything more serious. Help, please?

That's definitely not something that should be happening- I'd get to a doctor to have it checked out!
