Red marks on face

I have been on accutane for about 5 months, and I am almost done
with the course. The acne is almost completely gone, but I have red skin discolorations where skin has flaked off. These marks have been there for about 4 months now. I wanted to know if accutane is preventing these marks to fade away. If it is, will the marks start to fade away once I am off of accutane? If accutane is not causing these red marks to fade away, can some other treatment help?

Those marks are what's left of the acne.  Now that Accutane has cleared up the acne, the marks will fade on their own.  It will probably take 3-4 months more.  No treatment is needed.
