Red patches on face and a red bump on forehead!

I recently got a bump that I believe was an under the skin pimple. It has shrunk but is still red! So I have a red circle on my forehead and its so hard to cover with makeup. Now I have red patches popping up on my face that I think has to do with acne. The patches itch pretty bad but there are no pimples forming. I am not one to get pimples so this is really upsetting me! I am about to be 19 so I am wondering if this is just normal?? but I have never had acne this bad in my whole life! And I dont want any scares on my face!! How do i get rid of this and most of all what is this!?

This may be due to hormonal changes that normally occurs at this time. Avoid self-medicating and scratching the lesions to prevent secondary infection. It is best that you have this evaluated further for proper management. Direct clinical examination is important for proper diagnosis.
