Red rash on groin

I'm 18 years old. I have this red rash around the groin region. it looks like small red bumps. these bumps are ichy and slightly tender/painful to touch. after a few hours the area around the base of hair and bumps turn white and become flaky. some of the bumps will even turn white and and puss within them.

I've used lotion to remove the flakyness of the area and it also helps the itch go away.

Could be seborrheic dermatitis,or fungus inf.You can apply canesten creme if does not work may need to apply hydrocortisone in addition.
