Red rash on penis shaft with weeping.

I have an issue where my penis for a few months has been irritated after sex or masturbation, and it scabs over a bit and then gets sensitive and weeps. I have tried all the creams, cortisone, anti bacterial, etc, even lamisil powder spray which i am using now and it keeps it dry, and it does not seem to want to get better. It will at times, but as soon as i have sex again, the irritation is back. recently I have experienced some small bumps, nit a lot but I know they are due to the irritation, so i am wondering if this is a yeast issue or candida infection, and what you recommend for a treatment option? I have red blotches on the underside of my penise, first it was on the left side, then started to creep to the other side, so I know it has to be something possibly fungal, but I am not sure, so i have been putting the lamisil on it, and am waiting for my organic coconut oil to use as well! I'm just not sure what this could be, and I know its not herpes outbreak, as I have that and its not that!

have had a similar problem around the same time in 2 years and it has occurred when my wife has had a yeast infection. She was prescribed an antifungal cream which she applied for a week and when the symptoms cleared on her the irritation and skin cracking also stopped on my shaft

This could indicate a yeast infection, which usually responds well to an antifungal cream like monistat (made for women, but works well for guys, too). You should really get it checked out, though, for a positive diagnosis. A penis health creme with vitamins ad Shea butter may also help relieve some of the symptoms - just ask a doctor before using it, especially on any open sores.
