Red scratch marks, just appear!

Can anyone please identify what these red scratch marks are? They just appear, with out me scratching..
Please note i dont mean my stretch marks i know these are from having twins.

These can be scratch marks due to sensitive skin rubbing against hard and tight clothes or it can be start of stretch marks. When stretch marks appear then they are initially red and then turn to glistening white. Stretch marks can appear when there is rapid stretching of the skin. It is common in rapid gaining or losing of weight, pregnancy, puberty, cushings syndrome and overuse of steroids.

I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

its called Dermographism ..skin writing, much about it under Urticaria on google
