This is still going on and we are still suffering. Jan / 2016
I received unprotected oral sex from a woman I didn't know very well, soon after developed HSV1 and red scrotum at exact same time. Red scrotum has persisted for 2 years. I already had hpv from previous relationship. This is 100% related to either of those conditions. Please for the love of God someone figure out a cure to this. This is afflicting so meny men it's near irresponsible to not have a tangible and clinical course of treatment to eliminate the condition. Grace or anyone on this site please HELP. HAS ANYONE BEAT THIS WITH ANTI-BACTERIALS? ANTI-FUNGALS? OR TREATING CANDIDA? HAS ANYTHING WORKED? We are desperate. I am now in a relationship and she has developed itching down there bc of me. This is unbearable...
I am only posting because I have been down this road. I am guessing you had sex with a stripper... Am I right. If it last more than two weeks and does not show up in an STD test, it is one of two things. General Doctors can not help you and do not know what the problem is if you do not tell them. One, you have HIV and the antibodies have not built up in your system enough to detected. It could take up to 6 months. Two, you have caught a strain of high risk HPV and your testicles will be like that for two years. There is no effective test for HPV in men and doctors chalk it up to contact dermatitis. What you should know is that you are contagious for two years. Condoms do not protect your balls from skin viruses like HPV and HIV. If you start rapidly loosing weight and your lymphoid swell up, get to a doctor immediately.
Good Luck
I just cured my self of this horrible desease. I found out it was candida and through trail and error i cured my self. First thing you need to do is look up the candida diet online and follow it to the letter and no alcohol. You need to purchase some supplements they are as followed (Three lac) this is the most important, this can be found online, start at 2 packets a day and build upto 6 packets a day. These worked the best for me. candida clear, black walnut, oregeno oil, caprilic acid, garlic, pau d Arco, ginger root, yeast fighters, olive leaf extract, cats claw and Oregon grape, these supplemnts can be found on iherb.com for half the price. while your taking these supplemnts your doctor can subscribe elledel and atopicliar to help with the symptoms. after a week you should see a differrence, depending on the severity it can take upto 6 months to cure but if you follow these steps you will be cured. You may feel sick at first this just means its working and the candida is dieing, Its call die off. I hope this helps!

Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it sounds like irritant contact dermatitis. Irritant dermatitis, the most common type of contact dermatitis, involves inflammation resulting from contact with acids, alkaline materials such as soaps and detergents, cosmetics, or other chemicals.
Avoid using any lotions and creams over the skin for the meantime. Wash your skin with a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil or Dove. Pat it dry. Then apply a good hypoallergenic moisturizer over the area and see if this improves. If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid like dermacort.
If the irritation persists then pls get it evaluated from a dermatologist.Red scrotum syndrome has to be ruled out.It is characterized by persistent redness of the anterior half of the scrotum that may involve the base of the penis.
Hope it helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or in case you have additional queries. Kind regards.
