Red skin lump under breast

I developed a red slightly raised rough skin lump just underneath my nipple about a week ago. It does not itch or hurt and is not getting any bigger. Do you know what this might be ?

Hello,
Such kind of lump can be folliculitis, seborrheic keratosis, wart or any other benign skin growth. What exactly it is can be confirmed only after an examination and skin biopsy. A dermatologist’s evaluation will be the best because without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.

When you mentioned that it is rough, that raised a red flag to see a dr.
