Red sores on penis head

I started to get these red sores on the head of my penis about 3 months ago. They seem to be spreading slowly. I have been to the doctor three times. I don't remember what I was prescribed the first time but the second visit I was prescribed a yeast infection cream that didn't work and now I have been using an expensive cream called
(Aldara 5%). I am using it as prescribed, 3 times a week. I have applied it for 3 weeks now and I see no results. There has been a change, they look more irritated now. I am attaching a picture. I hope someone can help I am freaking out.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to cysts, warts, herpetic sores, benign skin lesions, furuncles or molluscum contagiosum lesions. I suggest you to get them examined from a dermatologist and get a biopsy skin done to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
