Red spot on lower leg

I have a similar issue with my lower leg. Only a larger red spot. Went to two dermotogogists. Biopsy, no answers. I figured for sure it was Psoriasis, but they said it wasn't that. Still trying to figure my issue out. Sun and salt water really make it go away. Weird but true. I don't have access to the beach. Tried creams etc... still nothing. Diet? Maybe, I eat pretty healthy. Anybody's suggestions would be really appreciated.

It is likely that the red spots is a form of benign skin growth or psoriasis spot. Psoriasis is a long-term (chronic) skin problem that causes skin cells to grow too quickly, resulting in thick, white, silvery, or red patches of skin. It is thought that psoriasis occurs when the immune system overreacts, causing inflammation and flaking of skin.
Without a biopsy skin it is very difficult to confirm a diagnosis. Hence I suggest you to get a biopsy skin done.
