Red spots on cheeks/jaw. 21years old

by mancgda, Aug 22, 2009 01:24PM
I've never had problems with my skin, not even as a ateenager, but in the past 2months or so i've got this huge flare up of small red spots all over my cheeks and jaw line. They're only slightly inflamed, just flat red dots, some are a little dry, but non seem to contain pus. And now it's even starting on my forehead.  The ones along my jaw are almost in a perfectly straight line with hardly any normal skin imbetween
I haven't changed my diet, or any of my skin products etc. I really don't know what it is, but it's starting to get me really down
Does anyone know what it could be? Or better yet, how to get rid of it! I recently tried an acne treatment (freederm) but it doesn't seem to be doing anything.
HELP!
