Red spots on face that bleed

I have red spots on both sides of my face - kind of on my cheek bone area - it's like a pattern (1/8 inch spacing between the spots)  maybe an 1  1/2 inches in diameter.  When I push on them they easily bleed and continue to bleed with some clear fluid in them - and the bleeding grows under the skin area - what do you think??
I'm 42 and I doubt it's any kind of acne - Also I was in the sun for a bit this past weekend

It is very difficult confirming a diagnosis without examination but from the symptom that you have spent considerable time in the sun and these spots that bleed are present on the cheeks which are the sun exposed areas, so I suggest you to consult a dermatologist as soon as possible and get a biopsy skin done to rule out any skin malignancy because basal cell carcinoma sometimes look like a sore or pimple that does not heal and may bleed with slight touch.
