Red spots on forehead when sweating

Hi. I'm 24 old man. Every time i sweat (during exercises or anything that makes me sweat) some red spots appear on my forehead. They have irregular shapes and sometimes they itch a little. Those spots are not swollen and i'm not talking about any kind of rush. Just red spots because of sweating. They pass after 20, 30 minutes.
Please, any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

(sorry for my bad english)

I have the same problem. They aren't bumpy and itch a little. I work at a nursing home and its embarrassing to walk around in front of people with red blotches on my forehead. They go away after 20 mins or so. I have no idea how to prevent this. Help!!

Sounds like a heat rash. Try wearing the 80's bandana or sweatband.
Shower or wash your face as soon as possible.
You can try using an astringent or oil absorbing sheets ( available at some drug stores ). These may help considerably.
