Red spots on head of penis

For the past 3 weeks, I have had some red spots on the head of my penis.  Not very big but about 4 of them.  They do not itch or burn.  I have tried neosporim (sp), hydrocordson (sp) and anti-fungul cream.  They do not get better or worse.  Any ideas of how to treat them.  I am too embarrased to go to doctor.   I know it is not STD.

I failed to mention I am uncircumsized.  I am 62, married, no sex.  The red spots are a little larger today so I am going to stop the anti-fungus cream and try hydrocortisone cream again.  The largest spot is shiny and smooth.  When I press on the spot it turns lighter and then red again.  Any over the counter creams I should try?  Thanks.

Thanks for your response.  The red spots are small with one a little larger.  Has a shiny top.  Nothing coming out of them.  I tried Neosporin, Hydrocorisone (sp) and anti-fungal cream.  The anti-fungal cream seems to make them lighter but they don't go completely away.  The spots are all in a row from the bottom of my head to the top getting smaller toward the top.  They don't itch or burn.  No pain.  No lumps.  I am 62 and married (no sex).  Not cheating so no STD or anything like that.  Anything else I can try?    Thanks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

Hope it helps .Take care and pls do keep us posted in case you have any additional queries.Kind regards.
