Red spots or rash on head of penis

For the past 4 weeks, I have had some red spots or rash on the head of my penis.   I have tried neosporim (sp), hydrocortisone and anti-fungas cream.   Each spot is flat/smooth and has a shiny top.  Nothing coming out of them.  The spots were all in a row from the bottom of my head to the top getting smaller toward the top.  Now they are more spread out and look like a red rash.  They burn a little but could be the medicine.  No pain.  No lumps.  I am 62, uncircumcized and married (no sex).  Not cheating on wife.  Anything OTC I can try?    Help.....

Hi,

This could be due to an irritation or  infection. Yeast infection may be asymptomatic and if symptoms are present, there is redness, itching, discharge and may be sore. Try to avoid self-medicating since this could lead to more harm than good. Have this evaluated by your doctor or urologist for proper diagnosis. Direct clinical examination is important  and treatment usually depend on the underlying cause.

Take care and keep us posted.
