Red spots/sores on my body

I have this spot on my left butt cheek and it hasnt gone away for about a week http://i.imgur.com/CKhCu.jpg and http://i.imgur.com/3He1C.jpg
I have some red spots on my upper body in random spots that almost look the same, sort of like poison ivy. This is what the spots on my neck look like: http://i.imgur.com/Ws4nv.jpg
I can't figure out what it is

Should settle by a week. Do consult your doc.

this is what it has evolved into. It hasnt really gotten any worse in a couple days now though. Its not really itchy, once and a while it itches a little but not bad really.

I'm hoping it doesn't spread anymore, as it pretty much is all covered up by a t-shirt luckily.

I've never had any kind of skin irritation like this before, only poison ivy

Seems like fungus infection. Pityriasis rosea is differential diagnosis.

I'm starting to think the thing on my butt is ringworm, and that I might have spread it to my upper body?  I thought it could be poison ivy because my dog walks through it sometimes on our walks and I could have picked it up from her.  I'm going to try to put nail polish on it to see if it clears up, I'd rather it be poison ivy though :(
