I have this redness on my faceFace pain is on both side of my noseNose fracture and between my eyes. This couses me itchness and also peeling. I used to have a lot of acne years back but now it kind of went away. My skin is pretty sensitive on any type of cream. I cannot afford a dermatologist if someone knows or has heard of this problem please help me or give me an advice what should I do.
Hello,
It can be seborrheic dermatitis or eczema. Seborrheic dermatitis is a commonCommon cold skin condition that causes flaky, dry, white to yellowish scales to form on oily areas esp under the noseNose fracture or anywhere on face. You can treat flaking and dryness with over-the-counter dandruff or medicated shampoos. Shampoo the hair vigorously and frequently (preferably daily). Active ingredients in these shampoos include salicylic acid, coal tar, zinc, resorcin, ketoconazole, or selenium.
If the symptoms persist, then it would be best to get it confirmed from a dermatologist
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
