Redness around the mouth

Hi, I am an eighteen years old boy. 3 years ago I took a course of medication ( pills ) for about 8 months in order to heal my face from pimples. During the healing period, I had a lot of dryness around my mouth. Therefor, I started to take ( FUCICORT ) which contains cortisone. It worked very well with me. Now after 3 years, I'm still using ( FUCICORT ) and every time I stop the redness around my mouth start getting worse. I have noticed that the skin around my mouth became darker and thinner. Another problem I am facing is that when ever I laugh or stretch my mouth, the area around my mouth really gets red.
- I really used the medicine ( FUCICORT ) a lot, is there any way to regain my normal skin again and have a normal face look?
