Redness in scrotum, and tingling sensation in left leg

HEllo
I had unprotected sex on night, and the very next day, i noticed that my scrotum was kinda red.  The woman assures me she is clean, but i can tell, just by watching that she might of been having a yeast infection.  It has been more than a week, and the scrotum is still kinda red, not painful, doesnt really itch, no leisions just kinda red.  The penis, the shaft, has changed in color a bit.  some parts have darkend, as if spreading maybe.
Here is what i dont understand.  The scrotum had a tingling sensations on the left side mainly, then the tingling sensation started to move  towards my pelvis, then as if spreading going down my thigh.  Up until now, the tingling sensation is maily round the pelvis and thigh and the scrotum is still kinda red.      THe penis still has that kinda dark discoloration to it.  None of this is painful, when i urinate im good.
Now, i dont know if it could of been an allergic reaction to something, we did use a condom for a portion of the night.  I am also a little woried bout the discoloration in the shaft of the penis.  I did use hydrocortizone and an anti-fungle cream, but its still around. Granted it is still early, but then again there is the tingling burning sensation round the thigh, close to the groin.  THe woman did give me oral, i as well masturbate regularly once a day, but havent done so since then.  What do you think? any advice?

The redness is probably irritation.  I'd apply a moisture lotion like Lubriderm and leave the area otherwise alone.  If the symptoms persist, let a doctor have a look.  The redness will go away of you leave it alone, but it may take some time.

Best.
