Redness on my cheekbones Burnt sensation

Hello

Recently i started facing this problem.
After i shower...my skin above my cheeks and just on the cheekbones is getting red and i have a burnt sensation.
If I put on any moisturizer or any cold cream on in it, it starts to burn a bit more.
I have uploaded a picture, probably not the best ones but i posted where exactly i have the redness on my skin.

Please can you suggest any cream that I can put on it to reduce the redness.

Thanks.

Although you have used the soaps for a long time, you can still become allergic to them.

As you get the symptoms when you get a hot shower, cool it down a bit also be careful with your hair shampoos as those can cause an irritation too.

If you find the E45 cream does not work, I suggest you go to the doc for a different cream.

E45 does not work for me.  Doublebase does not work for me.
So sometimes it is just finding the one that suits your skin.

Best wishes

You can't really see much on the photo.
You are either allergic to the soaps, shower gels and shampoos you are using.  If the cream you are applying is making the condition  worse - then do not use it.  You could try E45 cream or see the doctor for a proper diagnosis when he can prescribe an antibacterial emolient for you to use. Or anything else if he feels it is infected follicles.

Use non perfumed soap or non at all.

Although Rosacea is more common in women, men can get it too.

Do you only get these symptoms when have a hot shower or have you noticed that you have this problem in the day time when it is too sunny or windy?
