Redness,tingling and sharp needle pain

HI doctor,

I am urgent need of help to understand what is going on with me. I am been dealing with this for over three months and it has a mental toll. Well for over three months since around march 27 i been getting tingling, redness idk if small bumps were there or are are new...the tingling is everyday and especially when i need to go bathroom. I have done std test and even on my own paid two different hsv test but came neg. I don't have insurance so i can't afford to go doctor. it also get itchy too and I also get like pain needle pain in other places like arms or legs, i did get red on the groin area too but that has not happen in over month and half.  i have also hair grown up on the actual penis so idk if lil bumps would be cause of hair follicuties or something like that.  I have recently brought new boxer and started taking b-12 to see if it helps. Please help me

Welcome to the Dermatology Expert Forum!

Redness, small papules and subjective symptoms such as pruritus (itching, tingling, etc.) are rather common, general findings and are not sufficient to give narrowed list of possible diagnoses. Several to be particularly looked into are: eczema, psoriasis, folliculitis, fungal infection, etc. Therapeutic approach to each of these conditions is different. Regarding preventative measures, avoiding physical and chemical injuries and sweaty environment may help but, again, all this is not specific enough because we do not know the cause and diagnosis.

Please let us know if you need more educational information and on what topic.
