Redness/tiny bump on head of penis

Doc....Over the past year or so I have had this redness on the top of my penis head (just about the top half of it).  There seems to be some type of rash and when you stretch the skin about 75-100 pimple like (tiny less than 1 mm) and it almost looks like the texture of the outside of a strawberry (shiny with little bumps)or sandpaper.if that makes sense....The redness is more apparent and defined after masturbation and during/after urination..(i can literally watch my penis turn bright red while I urinite on a daily basis)...there is sometimes a slight burn while I urinate (I have already had the "swab" test (all neg.).

Sunlight and also heat seems to make my penis become a brighter red as well (for instance when I have my computer sitting in my lap...the heat from it causes my penis to become very red.  I have seen two docs...one gave me ketocozonal (sp?) 2%  for 2 weeks and did nothing for me....saw another doc that said they dont see anything to worry about but suggested I go see a derm and maybe help answer my questions.

I worry about this on a daily basis and I think that may have something to do with the redness and sometimes numb feeling I have in the head of my penis.  I seem to have a lot more conjestion in my nose since I noticed this redness...i have read that nasal conjestion is a sign of yeast infection.  I would love to hear your thoughts before I set up an app. with a local derm....

Thanks...this forum is a true asset.

Please stop worrying.  What you have doesn't sound like yeast, and even if it were, it wouldn't cause nasal congestion.  The numb feeling no doubt comes from worrying.  Any heat will make red redder, as will friction.  (Sunlight?)  Medicated creams are either useless or even counterproductive.  Please use only a bland moisturizer and consult a dermatologist for definitive diagnosis and treatment.  And please don't look so hard at the texture of your skin.  Such close scrutiny isn't needed when there is an actual disease, and it isn't doing you any good.

Best.
