Hello !
I've been treated by Endoxan-Farmorubicine (4 cycles) and Taxotere (4) with the last one in august 2007.
I started Arimidex in septembre 2007.
My hair has grown back with bald patchesAllergy testing Skin color - patchy on top of the skullCranial ct scan Malignant otitis externa Skull Skull anatomy Skull of a newborn Skull of an adult Skull x-ray and at the back. The rest is partially covered (except at the temples). The texture however is similar to that of my former hair. I hate to think that I might keep this man-looking headHead and face reconstruction Head injury Head lice Indications of head injury Radial head injury !
As you can imagine, I hear the best and the worst about my situation, and what I read on french forums does'nt help. My moral is very low ...
Is my situation something rare ?
And is this "repairable" and how ?
At the drugstore they sold me Alostil 2% (MinoxidilMinoxidil Minoxidil topical Minoxidil, topical) and Lobamine-cysteine (DL-Méthionine - Chlorhydrate of cysteine anhydre). The Alostil notice says that it cannot be used when hair has been lost because of medical treatments !! and the Lobamine-cysteine notice says that it must be used when skull is very greasy (which is not my case !!).
Thank you ever so much for your aswer(s).
Sincerely
Alegre (from Paris, France)
