Reoccuring non itchy flat rash

My son is 12 and he had a headache one evening so I gave him tylenol and he woke up next day with flat red rash that looked like a hickey around his mouth. Couple days later it went away. Month later a rash appeared with no symptoms around his belly button. It has now been about 3 months and how he has a rash on his arm. His rash looks like little red- brown pin needles marks that do not itch, have no certain form. They look like a hickey or almost look like a bruise when it starts to go away. No changes to his diet, laundry detergent.ect.... Any clue?

Hi,

This could be an allergic reaction, skin hypersensitivity, dermatitis or eczema.

Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions and a proper clinical examination.

It would not be advisable to start any medication without a confirmed diagnosis.

You could apply calamine lotion at the sites.

You should consult with his pediatrician.

Let us know if you need any other information and post us about how how he is doing.

Post us about what the doctor advises.

Regards.
