Reoccurring Heat Rash

Reoccurring Heat Rash

Every time I workout, am in a hot area, or feel anxiety I break out in a prickly heat rash that lasts for about 30mins to an hour. It occurs at least once a day. This has been ongoing for about 2-3years. I went to an allergy specialist, ran test and nothing. This rash began around the time I moved to my new house. No climate change, could it be something in the water? Please help, I've asked the world and haven't received a good answer to date.

Hello,
From the symptoms the possibility of cholinergic urticaria needs to be ruled out. It  is a form of chronic hives that is caused by an increase in body temperature. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the hives. If the symptoms persist then please get it examined from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
