Thank you very much for your sincere reply.
But I want to confirm some more. How and why do these spots occur to me only? As you said in your reply.... "At the sensitive and thin skin of glans (glands), it is advisable to avoid having these treatments done and if they are not causing any harm, then it is best to leave them as such...." I can't leave them as such. I feel very ashamed and embarrassed for having these spots. I will do anything to remove these spots. I want to know, is there any risk in having laser treatment on glans (glands) of penis? Will I be completely sexually healthy after having laser treatment? Are you 100% sure I wouldn't get impotent or have any other problem in future in  any case? I am asking you all this because if there is no danger at all, then why doctors like you and my dermatologist are advising me not have any treatment.

Laser treatment of the penis and glans (glands) is not without side effects chief ones being redness, itching, swelling, scarring, hypopigmented rashes and deep tissue injury to the penile shaft skin and urethra. Scarring of the penis is a possible side effect that can result in problems with urination or erection. The pros and cons have to weighed appropriately before deciding anything. Since online we cannot assess your condition, it will be best to get it examined from a cosmetologist and take a second opinion.
