Retin A problems

Retin A problems

Hi my name is Jimmy and im 22 years old.  Ive been using Retin A 0.1% for about 6 months and also Retin A Micro for 6 months before that, for acne and sun damage.  Ive recently noticed small red veins on my face appearing.  No one else in my family has these veins. I have a darker complection (italian).  Ive been to two dermatologists and they both said that it isnt the retin a.  Can retin a cause these veins?  Also my doctor recently prescribed me differin and said it would be less irratating.  Does Differin have the same wrinkle fighting features that retin a has?  Thank you.

I have moderate to severe acne I was taking accutane once a year for 30days for the past 5 years, to manage my acne and my skin looked great. However the last round I took of accutance caused me severe depression/ anxiety/panic attacks for 6 months, its was a nightmare. I recently recovered  and i feel great back to normal thank god. However my acne is back i was prescribed retin A medium strength. Acne is not improving yet although i know it will take some time. My question is I am terrified to continue to use Retin A cause i heard it is a form of accutane with the same side effects. Can it cause anxiety, depression? cause i would rather have acne than depression or anxiety.
