Ring shaped lesions on the glans

I had three ring shaped skin lesions on the glans of my penis. It started with one a few weeks ago, and has multiplied into three. I am concerned with the spots, but havent been able to find an STD that matches the photos. I have had one partner for the past 7 months, and she has tested clean.

Any help identifying these spots would be greatly appreciated as I have no health insurance.

Ring type of lesions on glans can be due to ringworm or fungal infection and the rapidity with which it is spreading is pointing towards these lesions being due to ringworm. I would suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist and get KOH examination and biopsy skin done to confirm the diagnosis. If it is a fungal infection then you need topical and oral antifungals.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
