Ring shaped lesions on the glans(glands)

I had three ring shaped skin lesions on the glans (glands) of my penis. It started with one a few weeks ago, and has multiplied into three. I am concerned with the spots, but havent been able to find an STD that matches the photos. I have had one partner for the past 7 months, and she has tested clean.

Any help identifying these spots would be greatly appreciated as I have no health insurance.

Also, I have had a recent STD test, which came up clean.

But honestly, that was about 2 weeks before this ring appeared. They did a full blood test as well.

From the pictures and symptoms it looks like dry skin or ringworm penis. I would suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist and get KOH examination and biopsy skin done to confirm the diagnosis. If it is a fungal infection then you need topical and oral antifungals. For dry skin, just wear cotton clothes and use a mild soap like dove.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
