For how long did you use each medication?

I have copied and pasted the link below so that you can read the information about hygiene, how to apply the cream and about using a clean towel every day and washing all your clothes and linen.

You may find using virgin coconut oil rubbed into your scalp helpful with regard to the dry skin that you have.

Some of the creams and the medications by mouth need to be taken at the same time if you have a lot of fungal issues on your skin.

Make an appointment to see your doctor and ask for a skin swab to be taken from the scalp to be sent to the laboratory for analysis.  The laboratory will be able to identify the fungus and recommend which medication is likely to work better for you.

For your head problem, you may find rubbing in virgin coconut oil or baby oil  into your scalp will help with the dry thick skin - leave it on for as long as you can before washing your head with the shampoo that you can get from the pharmacy (or your doctor can prescribe) to treat this condition.
Make sure that you disinfect your hair brush/comb regularly and do not share your comb/brush with anyone and don't use anyone's hair brush/comb either.

Tinea pedis is commonly known as Athlete's Foot.  You can purchase the cream from the pharmacy that is specifically for Athlete's Foot.  You will need to wash your feet and dry them thoroughly and in between your toes, before applying the cream.  You do need to keep up with this regime and not give up after a couple of days.

Make sure that you wear protective socks specifically made for use if you have this foot problem, if you go to the swimming pool.
Make sure your footwear is dry - preferably alternate your footwear so that they can dry out inside before you wear them.  Wear clean cotton socks every day.  To help dry your shoes inside, you can put in some Bicarbonate of Soda - this will also help to eliminate any bad odours.

Do bear in mind that you can pick up the fungal infection again even after you have been treated successfully.

Try white vinegar. Place it directly on the area with a dropper or whatever you have available. Do this twice daily. Works much better than any ointment ^..^
