On the side of my penis i have a ringworm look down the side for about two years its scaly i even took a peace of the skin to my doctors PA apointment she looked and took blood sample even i may be sifalise and i never go the answer to this ring like rash scaly on the side of my penis im 41years old 160lbs 5'9" white
