Ringworm?

About 3 months ago a circular rash formed on my leg, itchy. Slowly another formed on the other, and gradually more on my arms, circular scaly center red raised ring.  Concerned I went to a dermatologist and he promptly diagnosed me as having eczema.  Tried treating it with natural creams and following guidelines of eczema and it rapidly got worse, more aggresive (aggressive) rashes formed, some oozing and big red bumps.  Found a naturopath who tested me under a special light, the rashes glowed, a sign of fungus, scaped cells and they came back fungus.  These rashes are accompanied by small itchy bumps that first formed under the arms and folds of my thigh, thses are not fungus he concluded but the others, ringworm.  
I started lamasil anti fungal cream, with high hopes, even went to a clinic and got diflucan which I am taking 1 a week for 4 weeks.  
Now here's my question.  I have been doing this for 2 weeks and it's changed, not necessarily better.  The circular sites have dried up significantly and have gotten very raw and now are completely surrounded by these little itchy bumps that have spread almost everywhere, around the original rashes on my legs and arms and where no original rashes were in the first place, so at present I have significantly more rashes than I started with.
Is my treatment right?  Am I barking up the wrong tree with this fungal thing?  What are these little irritating bumps bumbarding my arms, legs, underarms and thighs?  A secondary reaction?

There are a number of possibilities.  The most likely, I think, is that your eczema is too oozy to respond to topical treatments.  To bring it under control, oral therapy may be needed for a week or so.  Fungus ("ringworm") is unlikely, because this does not typically spread rapidly and aggressively.  (Buy the way, black light makes some scalp fungus glow, not body fungus.  Whatever glowing there was is most probably irrelevant.)  The third possibility is that this is a bacterial infection, perhaps secondary to eczema.

I advise you to tell your dermatologist what is happening.  Every physician needs to know whether treatments helping, to be able to make adjustment.  Cultures for bacteria or fungus may also be useful.

So go ahead back and give the dermatologist another shot.  You'll get better that way.

I have ringworm and the doctors have been no help.

1. The sun kills it (ultraviolet rays kill it)
You can also go to a tanning salon and that will help too.

2. I've tried everything, teatree oil, blackwalnut, oil of oregano, I even juiced garlic and tried to burn it off and that did work but it didn't kill it 100%
Don't ever use pure garlic juice, it burns the skin, one would have to dilute it with some other oil like Eucalyptus oil and/or Oil of Oregano.

3. I'v been using Colloidal Silver for the past 2 weeks and it is slowly working (but I have little patience)

So far, this Colloidal Silver has worked the best.
They also sell it in cream form but the Health Food Store in my area only sells it in liquid (not in the cream form)

I just pour the liquid on my skin and rub it on.

I need to get alot of sun to finally kill this thing 100%

Hi, I had ringworm some years ago and managed to heal myself using Sporyl--- this is a fungicidal cream used on cats and dogs, it also worked on me and my kids. I applied it for 2-3 months twice a day. You have to keep on appying it even when the scab is gone, because there might be spores left which can't be seen to the naked eye. This cream comes from Richter Pharma--- Austria and is not expensive.
