I have a circular red mark on my lower right shin. It is perfectly round with a darker edge. There is a round dark mark on the edge that seems to be the part that "moves" the mark. It doesn't hurt, but, it looks strange. I had the doctor look at it and she did a punch in the center of it and had it biopsied, which came back negative. That was almost two years ago now. I thought that it was gone, but, recently it began along the edge of the scar from the biopsy. Two marks for a new circle to form are halloing the circle. Is this some type of fungus or what is it?
