MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

Rozex contains the active ingredient metronidazole, which is used to treat infections caused by bacteria and  protozoa. Possible side effects that are known to be associated with this medicine include skin discomfort (burning or stinging), skin redness, itching, skin irritation, nausea, metallic taste, nausea, or tingling or numbness of the extremities. (ref: http://www.drugs.com/sfx/rozex-side-effects.html) If it persists, have this evaluated further by your doctor for proper management.

Take care and regards.
