I just would like to know if there are any known triggers for your rash?
Differentials for this rash will be miliaria (prickly heat ),an allergic or contact dermatitis, psoriatic rash, atopic dermatitis and a fungal infection. These are just differentials that we may consider based on you post. Miliaria or a sweat rash usually presents over the neck and the arms. This usually involves sun exposed areas in the body. It is a red rash that may appear to have tiny vesicles. The rash may be tingly and itchy especially if there is an underlying dermatitis. Does sweating ,heat or direct sun exposure trigger the rash?
As for cases of dermatitis, the rash usually lasts longer and may be itchy and weeping in character. Dermatitis usually responds to topical corticosteroids. Psoiatic lesions may present with scales but for atypical presentations they may appear as your conventional rash. Does your rash appear to have scales?
You may need to have your rash evaluated. The differentials I have mentioned may not be readily differentiated from one another. You may need to have your medication modified. Don’t use coticosteroids without prior knowledge of your physician. Remember that corticosteroids although applied topically may present with side effects.
