Hello,
It is often seen in liver disease that there is appearance of itchy skin and sometimes itchy sores. However for these sores, I would suggest a biopsy to be taken so that any other autoimmune causes and skin infections be ruled out. The pain in arms and legs along with the back pain can be due to fibromyalgia but for back pain, the mangioma brain can also be responsible by causing neuropathic pain.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing
Let me add here that sometimes an hemangioma of the brain, especially of the spinal cord could elicit a neuropathic pain, and itching elsewhere in the body (Neuropathic itch) leading to sores(Autonomy).
Although I cannot give you a definitive diagnosis or propose a treatment without examining you, here is one possibility. We often see patients with liver disease have something called prurigo nodularis, a rash caused by scratching. When the liver is not working properly, there is often an accumulation of bile acids in the circulation and then in the skin, making the skin itchy. The prurigo lesions only appear in places where the person can reach, like the arms and legs, and often it's more severe on the side of the dominant hand. Prurigo can be treated but the scratching has to stop in order for it to resolve completely.
However, from your medical history there could be other sources of sores on your arms and legs, so I recommend a consultation with a board certified dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
