STD?

about a month and a half ago i had sex wih my GF who was a virgin like i was. we had an oral sex and by acident she cut a very small part of the shaft of my penis and after two weeks i started itching and the skin in the exact location raised up and became puffy and wrinkled also had a very very thin dry skin on it. i was wondering if i am infected with anything since me and my gf surely dont have any STDs. also the head my my penis the skin raised up and is red a little doeasnt itch but it is conserning me as well.
another question:
   my tounge is started getting white and i believe i have yeast infection since im sure i is not HIV. however can it be one of the signes of yeast infection?
   also i have a wart on my finger so could i have genital warts since i have a wart on my hand?

It sounds like just a little irritation to me, plus anxiety.  There is no reason for you to worry about HIV.  I suggest that you just leave it alone and let it calm down.  You should see a doctor and show everything that worries you in person, so that you won't have to worry anymore.
