I posted this question in the skin cancer forum, but this forum seems to be frequented more...so I will post it here too.
Last night, I noticed there was a small black dot inside a mole on my arm (I've had this mole for as long as I can remember). At first, I thought it looked like a black ingrown hair trying to push through the mole. This morning in the shower, I was touching the mole and realized that the small scab was peeling off. It was slightly bigger than a pinhead and didn't itch, bleed, or hurt. The mole now has a reddish bruise around it (hopefully from poking and prodding at it) and I just now noticed another very small black dot. I just got my full body check by two different doctors in April. Should I be concerned and go back already?
